To all the exceptional staff at Jackman Manor, we want to thank you for all your kindness, smiles, amazing care and support for Marjorie Brookes. Your warm and caring personalities was so very much appreciated, as she always said she had great care. This was truly reassuring to us. We are grateful for your compassion in being with Marjorie during her final hours, as this was an amazing comfort for the family. We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our mom. You can see that all the staff are dedicated, and really do care for everyone there! We are so impressed with the way you are handling the stressful situation around the coronavirus. Good on you!! You are very much in our thoughts, and we will always remember you and the important work you do. Our love to you all!!

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the special care my husband received during his 2-year stay at Jackman Manor. What we liked most was the relaxed, open atmosphere where residents had individual rooms and were able to enjoy with their visiting families the common TV areas, a common dining room and three garden areas. The friendly and well trained staff were always available. My husband received the finest in patient care supplies, towels and bedding as needed. His personal clothing was promptly cleaned with the daily laundry service. He was always encouraged to participate in the daily, well coordinated activities and loved the parties for birthdays and special occasions, including live music, often with beautiful decorations made by your staff. There was always lots of good food, tailored to his special needs, with an extra cup of tea for me, when I came to visit. Thank you for caring so much.
