Jackman Manor offers a total of 88 single rooms:

  • 64 subsidized Complex Care beds
  • 23 subsidized Behavioural Support Transition Neighbourhood beds
  • 1 private pay bed

Fraser Health contributes a portion towards the cost of the care; residents contribute the remainder towards the daily costs of food and accommodation.

Each resident has his or her own private room, complete with a 2-piece ensuite. Furnished with a comfortable hospital bed, bedside table, dresser and 1 chair.

We encourage family to bring in their own furniture (wall mount TV, bedside table, dresser, lamp, pictures for the walls, and non-precious items), to give the room a more home-like appearance.

Consideration must be given to the size of the room and amount of equipment the resident will use (e.g., walker/wheelchair). All linens and bedding is provided. Should you wish to use your own bedspread, quilt etc., the care of this item is your responsibility.

All electrical devices must be approved and labelled. There are no cooking-type appliances such as kettles, hot plates, coffee pots etc. allowed in the rooms.

Cable & TV Services

Every room has been equipped to provide individual telephone and cable service. The arrangements for & billing is the responsibility of family.
